Air Conditioning Unit needs repair? – You will need ROOF ACCESS
New procedures and rules have been put in place to protect Dover’s roof from damage when air conditioners are serviced or replaced. All roof access hatches are now secured with a padlock. Owners must request and pick up the key, by contacting the Dover line 888-538-4498 or email dovercondoABC@gmail.com.
