In order to protect Dover’s roofs from damage, all roof access hatches are secured with a padlock. Should your air conditioner need repair, you must request and pick up the key in advance, by contacting the Dover phone line 561-247-2632 or email dovercondos@gmail.com. Air conditioner contractors often need roof access to service or replace units.
